Standard carton fees apply only to routine packing. Special reinforcement, wooden crates, pallets, and other materials are charged separately. Product costs, supplier domestic shipping, taxes, and optional add-ons are not included above.
Free Services Included Within the Plan
These are standard services for goods that meet routine handling conditions. Special products, work beyond the standard scope, or extra requests may require a separate feasibility and cost review.
Free Standard Inspection
We reference AQL 2.5 together with warehouse sampling rules, typically checking 5% of the same item and specification. Checks focus on quantity, material, model, color, size, and visible defects. We assist with supplier follow-up when issues are found.
Free Product Photos
The warehouse provides 1–10 basic photos based on the product and order, helping you review its condition remotely. Detailed inspection or presentation videos can be discussed separately.
Free Consolidation and Packing
We combine goods from multiple suppliers or orders and pack them in cartons suitable for international shipping to reduce duplicate parcels and unnecessary volume. Special reinforcement materials are quoted separately.
Up to 90 Days of Free Storage
Goods can remain in storage free for up to 90 days after inbound processing, allowing time to consolidate other orders. Ask us about arrangements and applicable fees beyond the free period.
Value-Added and Custom Support
When routine inspection and packing do not meet your product, channel, or brand requirements, choose the services below. Pricing depends on quantity, handling complexity, materials, and timing.
Brand Customization (OEM/ODM)
Support can include private labeling, logo printing, custom labels and packaging, product appearance changes, and sample confirmation. MOQ, process, cost, and timing depend on the supplier and product.
Detailed Quality Inspection
Based on order volume and confirmed requirements, we can increase the sample ratio or check items individually for workmanship, dimensions, function, materials, safety, packaging, and labels. Inspection items and acceptance criteria must be confirmed first.
Compression Packing
Suitable garments, fabrics, and soft goods can be compressed to reduce packing volume and volumetric weight while protecting product integrity.
Labeling and FBA Operations
We can apply brand labels, FBA labels, barcodes, SKUs, instructions, and warning labels, and help review packaging information for warehousing, platform inbound, and sales management.
Additional Warehouse Services
Optional warehouse handling includes bubble wrapping, individual OPP/CPE bags, EPE foam filling, wooden-crate reinforcement, and moisture-proof bags. Material and handling fees are quoted by quantity, dimensions, and packing plan.
Supply Chain and Logistics Support
We can combine air, sea, truck, rail, and oversized-cargo solutions based on the goods and destination, with support for customs documents, cargo insurance, and inventory management where available.
Value-added services do not have one fixed price. Send the product link, quantity, handling requirements, and destination for a feasibility review and separate quote.

Confirming the pricing boundaries before ordering helps the purchasing and fulfillment process run smoothly.
Does the Basic Plan mean every service and shipping charge is free?
No. The regular purchasing service fee is waived for online orders placed through the website. Product costs, supplier domestic shipping, international freight, taxes, and optional value-added services are charged separately.
How is the 5% fee for Professional and Receiving plans calculated?
It is normally calculated from the value of goods included in the agreed service scope, with a minimum service fee of USD 50. We confirm the calculation base and quote before work begins.
Is free standard inspection the same as a full inspection or third-party test?
No. Free standard inspection is intended to identify quantity, specification, and visible issues and is normally performed by warehouse sampling rules. Full inspection, complex functional tests, material tests, and third-party reports require advance confirmation and a separate quote.
Does the Professional Plan guarantee that every quality issue will be found?
Quality assurance follows the confirmed inspection scope, acceptance criteria, purchasing agreement, and service proposal. For quality issues covered by that agreement, we provide free replacement or compensation as specified. Hidden defects, internal construction, long-term performance, or items outside the inspection scope cannot be completely ruled out through routine on-site checks.
